Perfusionists operate circulation equipment when it is necessary to replace the patient’s circulatory or respiratory functions. This is most common in heart surgery and similar operations. Perfusionists also control the temperature of the patients during surgery. Their duties include:
Operating heart and lung machines
Administering some types of anesthesia
Administering some types of medication

Education Requirements:
A high school diploma with strong background in biology and chemistry is required to be accepted in Perfusionist training programs. Admission preference is given to students with college science work or experience in respiratory therapy and medical terminology.

Then after taking three to four years of college, prospective physicians must attend medical school. Optical laboratory technician cut, polish, and grind lenses for prescription classes or create prescription contact lenses. In some cases they might even make lenses for products like binoculars, microscopes, and telescopes.

They are the ones who see the patient first and after they take all the needed information they give it to the doctor and he will diagnose the patient.

If you want to become a operating room technician you should take health, biology, chemistry, advanced algebra, and trigonometry in high school.
